I have tried yellowletters mailing campaign in the past which resulted in visiting a few properties, one offer and no deal.I was wonderig, in your opinion, what has been the most effective lead generation (least time commitment, least money, and most results)?

Going through the forum posts to find active members (more emphasis on the pro members as it shows they have some commitment to the business) who list themselves as wholesalers.

I attended one of those weekend seminars and am committed to the hustle and effort that I imagine is required to be successful in creating financial wealth via REI.Anyone else in the Charlotte area?

If you don't follow them to a "t", you'll screw yourself into the ground, and depending on how bad, and what other problems you caused on a domino effect, you could be paying for it for a long, l o o o n g time.It works great when you know how to use them.  

My guess is 3 months is about the minimum you could expect them to commit to.  

I would recommend that before you jump in the wholesaling pool- be willing to commit hour upon hours of self-education to learn RE and hours upon hours to find motivated sellers.

If we don;t get more interest in the next month or so we may stage.
