I've been doing research into how to do it and as far as I can tell the process is that I pay off their missed payments and then do creative financing like subject to or owner financing with the owner to get the property.My question is, can I still buy a Pre-Foreclosure by helping the owner to pay off the missed payments and then get the property subject to if there has already been a Notice Of Trustee's Sale?

The downside here is that this will require two loans, which will decrease my ability to purchase additional homes down the road with traditional financing.
