Sunday move outs and key returns
So I have a tenant who's scheduled to move out Oct 31st, a Sunday and Halloween. They want to do a walk through that evening which is not going to happen for a number of personal reasons.
How best to get keys and is tenant responsible for unit until keys are returned? I was thinking of just getting them first thing Monday morning and have the locks changed on the spot. BTW, I have a restraining order against tenant so I have to have a rep meet her.
