My time is very limited due to having to work all the time just to keep up with bills, so every chance I get I will drown myself in education so that I may eventually own my own business. 

@Matthew Rembish If you follow BP you will see a trend where the tenant falls behind, strings the LL for months and then eventually has to be evicted.

It’s a pretty unique property: 3/4 acre lot with a 3 beds, 2 bath, 2000 sq ft single family house, a 48’ x 56’ five car garage, and a 15’ x 30’ ‘pool house’, which is essentially a converted garage and has heat and electric installed.

Can I convert my detached Garage with is connected to the ADU as a JADU?
