There's great schools and tons of shopping and restaurants.

I have worked in restaurants as a server for years and love the hospitality industry and would love to translate that into Airbnb.

My current provider, national chain, has a cap on how many I can insure.

As soon as Radio Shack put up the "store closing" sign, people started approaching us about the space.A national auto parts chain expressed interest, but the space is about 3718 sq. ft. and the auto parts store would prefer more space. 

We could all meet at a bar/restaurant depending on our size or we can meet in an office space if that's a preferred setting.  

Wife wouldn't go for that one...ha - too rural for her but the town is cleaner/and just as much to offer as Topeka imo as far as outdoor recreation I like, ease of getting to things, restaurants, grocery etc and less druggies running around and crime. 

My brother and I own a C class restaurant space that is in need of renovations.

Once there is a hiccup in the the title chain, things can start to spiral.  

Have a wall protector in place inside to prevent plaster blowout by the door handle.Renter should not need a chain due to having a peephole--tell them that before they carve a chunk out of the interior door frame for the chain.Just my 2 cents.A door frame that is chewed up -- can be fixed, but if you are replacing the door, cost out replacing the door and frame too.
