At first I stressed about the impending review but once I accepted that there are some people you will never please, my perspective changed to view it as an opportunity to learn how to craft an objective response that demonstrates that the guest was the issue without getting into personal attacks or petty statements.

I have noticed that regardless of what zip code I select on Zillow it predicts home values will decrease within the next year but then if I select a specific home in the same zip code it contradicts that and says the home values will increase within the next year.

If you find yourself always assuming your tenants are "scammers", you'll only cause yourself undo stress and headaches.
