Hey Guys! I'm new to real estate investing and have found it difficult to decide on my first move with how uncertain COVID-19 has made the future of real estate seem. I have noticed that regardless of what zip code I select on Zillow it predicts home values will decrease within the next year but then if I select a specific home in the same zip code it contradicts that and says the home values will increase within the next year. I am trying to decide if I should wait and see if home prices decrease due to COVID-19 or purchase now. Do you guys have any recommendations for reliable real estate market prediction/trend websites or advice for starting out during this crazy time?
