Hello all,I recently started out in the note business in late 2019 and am eventually wanting to grow to a minimum net income of $5 K per month, the research and studying that I’ve done so far has emphasized a lot on the importance of having standardized methods, systems and processes in place or at the very least fully developed and ready for implementation as the business grows over time.

Solid tenant base.Down side is the PG County Council just implemented pretty harsh rent control.

I will definitely implement as soon as I can.

My priorities are in check, and I'll be implementing a lot of the suggestions made, but not the 3 night a week deal.

The ULA transfer tax implemented in the city of L.A. raised transaction costs at the start of April, leading many investors to streamline sales that might have otherwise closed in 23Q2.

I believe CA has some pretty stringent annual reporting requirements, so it really depends on your comfort with DIY.

It seems that no legislation is needed to implement this?
