That's not a PM demand, that's a FRCA law that prevents credit reports from being shared.Breach of Contract:  Understand how to report and document when they are in breach of contract. 

If it was a major metropolitan area I wouldn’t think twice and implement all those things.

Initially, I was feeling disheartened seeing that I wouldn't easily find something that would cash flow right out the gate - and that to have any potentiality of having it "cash flow" would require implementing the BRRR method and fixing up a terrible property (I know nothing still and would not like to touch the complexities of rehab work just yet!)

He claims he’s never had a sewer or water issue due to preventative maintenance but if I get it under contract I’d certainly look into it during the DD period.
