I want to direct mail owners of 4-plexs in my area, but am unsure of how to get their personal addresses. 

You can use a friend, but they must have a physical address (not a PO Box) and be available to receive correspondence during normal business hours throughout the year (ie. you need to consider what would happen if they go on vacation).

Usually if it's a business or LLC that owns the property the webpage will list the address of the property which is sometimes the LLC's owners home address.Hope this helps!

Buyers will need to get a personal property loan, just like a loan for a car or a boat.I expect that tiny homes will be a depreciating asset, not subject to appreciating values like stick-built homes on owned land.I think the best application for tiny houses is to address a bonafide local housing crisis - especially for a group like homeless veterans.  

One of the units in my 6 family is withholding rent this month over claims repairs have not been addressed, but the tenant at the same time is refusing access to the apartment unless they are home/present.
