Wondering if it makes sense to create a holding company LLC in Delaware, Nevada or Wyoming?

Make sure your home looks as de-cluttered as possible when you have showings so people can envision how they would use the space.

If you ever watch those TV shows where people buy their first home and rehab it, you'll see all the normal mistakes that people make.

or (2) invest in a DST (Delaware Statutory Trust) -- these vehicles accept 1031 funds on a fractional basis, or (3) invest in an asset in the same calendar year with high bonus depreciation (which is typically accessed/proven through a cost segregation study).
