Hey BP community, i am putting together a direct mail campaign ( my largest to date) and I am seeing if any of you have or know of a resource or list that is just phone numbers to cold call. 

Historically we've functioned as Phoenix's little sister: we don't hit the highs of Phoenix but we avoided many of the lows, and our market tends to mirror but lag behind PHX.

I don't like the default app in IOS or Android (not enough functionalities) but other pure CRMs are either way too much (I don't need to handle a business activity, just organize my contacts efficiently).
