And once you go through the law etc.. you should have a pretty good feeling that you already passed so you dont get stressed on math.. or legal descriptions.. we have Section land in the West and every thing is based on the range and meridians.. so there will be questions on how to find the  1/4 section of the 1/4 section of section 16..

It's easier and takes the stress off of the loan originator.The reason there's a range is simple, different borrowers have different requirements; some want the lowest rates because they're going to keep the property forever and some are limited in their cash and need closing help.
