The building was just inspected by a very credible engineer out of Columbus, Ohio and it was determined that the building is still structurally sound.

How can I structure this deal with the seller ?

Moving forward, one way I structure my payment with clients is I get paid at the end of the week for the work completed.  

But yea just wondering what an average commission is and is there and other structure that I can suggest for the commission or is it always for the entire length of the lease?
