His specialty is flipping lots and I jumped right in by purchasing an empty lot with my profits which was a pretty scary thing to do.The lot is ready to go, I got it cleaned up, prepped the pad for the house, and all I am waiting on now are the Permits to get approved which we are in almost 2 months now waiting.I'm already working on getting the money from a lender but I'm wondering if there are better options out there to finance my construction?

No one had approval authority but me.Its harder for me as some folks here do not want to take direction from a girl.I would think that the person just looking and reporting will need to be well versed in construction to know if all is well, maybe someone like a home inspector who does the inspections when you first buy a house.
