Multiple exit strategies are fabulous, especially since my crystal ball broke, as long as the investor can be educated as to a range of potential returns...with an emphasis on the minimum expected scenario.

I need a lot of information but mainly guidance on eye balling a property that can have a good profit potential.

The only thing I don't like about the Turn Key model as a buyer is the need for added capital every time to keep the ball rolling. 

They have discovered that the best results is to play hard ball and the sponsors usually miraculously find the money in lieu of foreclosure.

Our agent expects an experienced contractor or investor with loads of cash to make a low-ball offer on this house.
