Make sure that the 93 YO lady is represented by an attorney... you don't want to be low balling the elderly .. our comment  Overwhelm ( save that for later) infers a negative connotation and for that reason if was an investor it would be like Shark Tank   For that reason I am out !

Multiple exit strategies are fabulous, especially since my crystal ball broke, as long as the investor can be educated as to a range of potential returns...with an emphasis on the minimum expected scenario.
