Brian does not know me well, but that is one of the reasons I felt it important to write a reference for him. Over the years of building my own successful REI company, I have continuously come across Mr. Burke's name whether it be in podcasts, articles, or forums. Each time I heard his content it resonated with me, how I want to run my own business as it continues to grow, and the humble character he exudes despite his tremendous success. Although Looking up to Brian for the business he had built he did not know me. As our company went through a growth spurt I reached out to brian for his advice. He quickly returned my call and spent his valuable time walking be through his own operation and how he had overcome the obstacle we were stuck on. Although this is a very simple story I believe it carries substantial weight to the character Mr. Burke has, that despite his successes and high value of time he is willing to share and help a younger investor looking to achieve similar goals with no questions asked or benefit to himself. I hope this story illustrates the type of businessman Mr. Burke is and brings more trust to those who are considering conducting business with him. I think this quote sums it up best: “Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are.” “The true test of a man's character is what he does when no one is watching.”

I've known Brian for around five years now. There's no question in my mind, he is one of the most knowledgeable students of real estate I have ever met. I've not had the opportunity to work with Brian, but I've learned from him some of the finer points of real estate investing. As it relates to character, Burke defines fiduciary responsibility. I firmly believe you can feel safe investing with Brian Burke.
