If you're going to have kids in a school system though, I'd take West Hartford CT over East Hartford every day of the week and twice on Sundays. 

Everyday I try to listen to a motivating medium first thing in the morning to start my day off right.

It can be done though...people doing it every day.

Honestly I see a lot of properties with negative annual cash flows and it's so disappointing.I think it would be really nice to get some real life $ and % examples from everyday investors...if you're comfortable sharing and allowed to.
