Would any of you out of state or out of town investors be interested in a property scouting service with video and photos of potential properties?

For the next few weeks I let thereal estate agent know which properties I was interested in and theagent would go to the home, take a video, then send it to me.

If i am long distance investor and have off market deal with pictures and video but i want to send an agent/pm to see if the purchase price , rehab estimate, arv, rent is accurate and reasonable can i do it? 

My associate wanted a lot of pictures and videos to share with potential Private Capital investors to see if they were interested in the deal.As I said, this was my first walkthrough so my biggest priority was knowing what to look at.

., may have to invest in BTC, but that still doesn't make it right.On a funny note, I recently saw a Dave Ramsey YouTube video where he answered a call from someone who made $100,000 off of BTC from a $1500 investment (after a lot of volatility I assume).

Always a relief when you can get boots on te ground, pictures, videos, etc. to ensure things are running smoothly.

I have been looking into how hard money will work with a BRRRR deal and have watched videos of people using none of their own money after everything is all said and done, which is the point right?
