Cleveland Real Estate Scouting Service idea
Hey everyone. I just had this idea while doing a quick visit to a property for another BP member.
Would any of you out of state or out of town investors be interested in a property scouting service with video and photos of potential properties? Maybe even facetime or zoom calls while I walk the property for you or even with you on the line? I could be your eyes and ears on the ground. I am thinking that something like this could save you time and money on potential investments?
Sometimes the MLS listings just don't give enough info and I think this could really help some of you out of towners make a more informed decision about your investments here in Cleveland.
If it was priced reasonably and could give you much-needed insight, is that something you'd be interested in?

Hi @Ricardo Navarro, that's a great idea! As a realtor I offer this service for my clients, in fact I filmed a property last weekend that is now under contract. Never thought of it becoming a sole specialty, interesting!
