Jason,From what I have seen, neighborhoodscout.com is an accurate site for looking up demographic data for an initial comparison of smaller chucks of a city.Also, Julie Aue Elementary, and Health Careers HS are in radically different parts of town. 

I wouldn't put a ton of weight on active listing, short of this data telling you what homes are not selling for.

I've been using city data for diligence but have not been able to find a breakdown of largest employers for the markets I am looking into.Best,Chudi

If I or my LLC use a cloud storage method for saving all the applications and personal data and that company gets hacked and the tenant's info gets released, am I or my LLC liable?
