We have full billboards and national TV advertising, plus an exceptional direct mail program.  

There are already several companies that make programs that do this, such as Buildertrend, Co-Construct to name a few.

Personally, I know Westerra Credit Union has a program for up to 100% of the home's value with easy underwriting criteria.

Then spend some time looking into old RTA judgements so you can see just how easy it is for tenants in Ontario to get a free ride while a landlord suffers.Then you develop an absolutely bulletproof tenant screening program.

Also if there are any recommendations for lenders or really good programs right now, I'm all ears. 

Does anyone know if reservists take program of this too?
