I don't see very many windows for a view property. 

We put all new window, roof, siding, HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, basically everything new.

I just bought a new rental property that was marketed with a transferable window warranty.

We are going to change a window to a sliding door on one side and add a french door to the opposite side of the property.
