Sorry for the long post guys but I've done a lot of research and putting a lot of work into getting started but it seems that everybody talks about every path there is in real estate but nobody really seems to explain the actual process and how it all ties in together.

Qualitatively, I have little concern about how these homes look or how eco-friendly they are.Bill, If you've personally seen these homes in Denver turn out to be disasters then I would have to remain objective and pursue another investment method.They seem to save money and time.

After selling couple of rehabbed properties I have consistently come across the following issues :During the inspection period I always see following issues come up.Electric panel issuesHVAC issuesMost of the times I don't replace Electrical panel and / or HVAC. my question is how do I go about making sure that I don't run into any big objections from the inspector.

Went to the bank and explained asked them to restructure my note to a 15/yr so I could pay down the principle quicker (right now only 75/goes toward principle each month). 

To implement it effectively, you really need a third party to implement it via inspections and objective methods.
