Try to find out if they are at each other's throats as if they are, you could go thru the entire Mortgage Loan process only to have one of the spouses' attorney wait until closing day and suddenly advise their client to not sign off on the sale in an attempt to extort concessions for their client from the other spouse! 

So my wife and I are in the process of selling them and will take the cash to invest in new properties that are cash flowing.

Its one of those phrases that mean nothing while sounding good.Are you willing to search courthouse records for hours on in with no compensation other than to learn the process.

Hi @Amanda Han,  I’m very early in my investment career with one rental property and I’m the process of trying to acquire a second.

Typically when I hear about other investors speaking with motivated sellers its in regards to wanting to get out of the home BEFORE the foreclosure process happens.

I am in the process of figuring all of this out now.

If he doesn't it will get escalated and during the process he still has the right to leave a review.
