It’s a rehabber’s paradise yet people in Las Vegas just want to stay in their backyard and complain about the market.I’m looking at properties now that range from 30k to 65k and easily worth 2-3 times that after rehab.

Balt we have multiple pre rehabs there.. same thing values about the same maybe tad less get offers from 5k to 50k from wholesalers in other words as low as they can buy it with no thought to us as seller none zero.. there is a brokerage there in balt that runs an auction we are trying that.. and I have a wholesaler that will get top dollar and set his fee which is about what a commission would be so thats OK> 3. my personal properties in Vegas I have a few of those..
