Technically I think that address (3753 E 144th) would be considered Lee-Harvard... which is not THAT bad of an area (as a whole)... but those streets there right off of Bartlett are pretty rough.

I've seen a lot of discussions on VAs, but nothing that I can find that specifically addresses this question.

If they reply back, it will likely only be a list of addresses, so be prepared with a way of getting an only address list market ready.
