CRM for Networking/Relationship Management

Did some searching on the forums and found some dated information regarding a networking CRM. I have experimented with Podio and found some of the apps helpful. I'm curious what others are using and if there is anything newer with a cleaner interface. Functionality which sets followup reminders would be a plus!
