I am currently looking at a small apartment complex in the Bristol Ct area with 21 units....can anyone on here provide any info on the bristol area?

Here's the worst part - that complex was probably 20% vacant because of these stupid rental restrictions.  

Rather than purchase a 1-4 unit, which relies heavily on your personal income, why not purchase a 5+ complex?  

The laundry room is painted an apricot color, because the name of the complex is Apricot Court. :-) Comfortable and clean.
