We have to move out of our current place by March 1st, and the seller does not agree to pay for any additional cost for moving / storage / lodging due to the inconvenience the seller causing (wife staying additional 30 days).What are our options?

The reasons it is done that way are numerous, but some are "to clear title" and to meet statutory obligations set by the state.I'd want to know if there is a material "defect" in the property that caused it to not close when it was "pending".
