By fully utilizing a relational database, you can virtually eliminate those errors, and gain better insight to all aspects of operations.Personally, I have abandoned MS completely, and believe that Open Source is the small businessman's Best Friend, but that's another topic all together.

I was wondering if anybody (company) offers any REI contract packets or anything of that source?

Would they be a good source locally for anyone in any area?

Basically you'll need a mic and download audacity, open source recording software.

I too am just getting started in REI and am looking for good local sources of information and mentoring.I would like your opinion on the club if you have tried it.

The other source is private money.

I always found my library to be a good source, and of course today there is the internet.

As well do you think through private lending sources it would be easy to negotiate a longer amortized period of about 30-40 years on a small property like this or are they typically set to a certain period depending on how large the amount is.
