I don’t mind paying the $400 for studying but I just want to know since I totally new to how to get a real estate license in general If anyone could help that be great thanks.YES you have to do what is called Pre-Licensing education.

I have been on my REI education journey for a little over year and have recently began working in the RE industry as an agent.

As someone who lives in the city, part of the draw of being here is proximity to high class educational institutions, but also proximity to the Boston tech scene for jobs.

I teach continuing education classes for realtors specifically on 1031 exchanges.

Is anyone taking this time off to self educate?

I'm spending a lot of time educating myself - namely reading, talking with folks who have experience in this arena, and researching different markets that'd be best to execute my strategy. 

The level of sophistication in equities is very high, many more variables at play and plenty of smart highly educated brains are chasing that asset class vis a vis Real estate.
