How does that work and what are good wholesaler friendly title companies near central texas area?

A friend of mine is an agent in my local area, we want to invest in a small mf 2-3 units out of state.

My friend hooked me up with a list of 145 local multifamilies w 4-16 units in my local area.

Just have to dig to find the threads my friend!

any friendly tile company you guys would recommend that works with wholesaling contracts well.

@William Shea If you're interested in being a landlord, the single most important thing you can do is to study up on the WILDLY tenant-friendly laws in this state.  

I know you think they are great people, you found them through family/friends, etc. 

At the time I was unenthusiastic about going to help him out because I just wanted to play with friends, but now it absolutely fascinates me.I am very interested in getting in to the business of rental properties.

If you and your friend is seriously looking into this, hire a lawyer who can take a look at all the relevant documents.

Our largest meeting is the first Saturday of the month and then we have several smaller meetings throughout the month where you can really ask questions and get to know some of the top, most active investors in the area in a friendly setting.
