Elaina,  I wish you only success in your short term rental program in Columbus.

There is a DSCR program that is 40 yr fixed, and it can qualify you based on your rental income, credit score, and property ownership history. 

@Michael Bridgett 5-10% down on multifamily is do-able if the buyer qualifies for the Freddie Mac Homepossible program. 

I am considering adding an extra bedroom, and doing rent by the room for travel nurses or trying to get long term tenants through a program like HUD-VASH.

Its not a great spot.I think you are playing a dangerous game waiting on some state program to come through with enough money to make this right.

Because the program is about educating people on investment properties, does that mean one will have to spend time searching for properties on their own, using the methods/advice provided?

I recently at ended the 3 day summit and opted out of the mastery program due to the cost but I was contacted for the Jumpstart program has n e ever heard of this because I can't find anything on line about it or any success stories or failures.

We are wondering if anyone has used the Freedom Mentor program and, in particular, what experiences/opinions you have had?

I really want to get involved with a program, but I need to know that it works the same here in Canada.
