You might try to find a contractor willing to give you the price they charged on a project in the past or find a PM who knows a good contractor.

Basically they are saying "assuming you took out a mortgage at 4.75% with a down payment of $75k, your monthly mortgage payment would be $1,283/month or $15,396 annually"

My thinking is that rescheduling the crews for 3 separate projects will cost you time vs making it one big, continuous project.

I have an issue with one of the terms in the proposal regarding limiting liability: "Owner agrees to limit the liability of --------------. and its employees and agents to the Owner and to contractors and subcontractors on the project, for claims in contract, tort or warranty to the sum of the amount paid for services or $ 20,000.00 which ever is higher.
