What apps or tools do you use to manage your flip projects?

Hi, I would love to hear what everyone's favorite project management software has been in the last year? 

For those running several deals at once, what strategies do you use to stay on top of financing and project timelines?

Hopefully the Micron Project gets us a little closer.

They have hired a great real estate agent and tied her hands by giving her a dead website to work with, minimal marketing for the project.

We just wrapped up one of our favorite projects to date—a full BRRRR execution on a three-property lakefront rental package in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
