This is a heated space, and opening it to the outside could cause problems, especially in the winter when pipes may freeze. the HWH was installed by the previous owner just 4 months ago and was inspected.Any thoughts on what the requirements for combustion air are in a situation like this?

Right now they are on Air Bnb and Homeaway, which I find to sync up nicely, but it doesn't look like this is the case when listing on Booking or Flip Key.

Consider: 1. flying taxi (promised by Uber to be here within 5 years or less). 2. prefabs, containers and other structures delivered by air (in speedy fashion). 3. the distance from A to B via land traffic vs. air. 4. cities growing concern with financial cost of the abandoned land. 5. social mobility and tourism (social curiosity).
