Biggest Complaint is taking 5+ Days to get to an Air Conditioning issue in the middle of Summer in Texas.

I will start w airing it out first and if that doesn’t work I will try to get a painter in (possibly w scent additive?)

While you do need to take care of the air form that remains on the dome, painting is sufficient, but stucco or Dryvit would provide a longer-term resolution.The GC arranged the subs and are generally pretty reasonable.

Other then a roof or full air conditioning replacement which require permitting, I am doing the work while living in the home.
