I plan on getting out of the Air Force after the expiration of my contract in 2020 and pursuing a job in Portland, while doing real estate on the side.

And that's okay, because it is my job to educate them anyway.

I would highly recommend that you move on to a full time civilian job to kick start your investing future.

However, this did awaken my entrepreneurial spirit that my desk job had mostly choked out.Since then, I've joined a local Property Managers Association and CIREIA (Central Indiana Real Estate Association).I've been listening to the BP Podcast for a few weeks now, and am excited to join the forum.

A couple of years back I have some income from "daytime" jobs (both W-2 and 1099), but nothing recently. 

I’m living in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida and will be relocating my job (J-ust ab-O-ve B-roke) to Raleigh North Carolina along with several weeks working in my home town of Key West Florida.

And yea, I don't mind throwing people under the bus when it calls for it, but ultimately this was my job to think of and catch and I just flubbed it.
