@Jonathon Bonck, generally once property tax appeal successful and taxes reduced, all you need to do is print a copy of new tax bill and send to lender, and an escrow adjustment will be made asap.I prefer to be proactive rather than waiting for lender to recognize new tax bill.You might even be given a check for overage if too much $ is left in escrow account.Good luck and I recommend that investors protest their real estate taxes every year until they are zero:)

I guess what I am saying is that I recognize that as a wholesaler, I am in the business of finding good deals for other investors, not deals that I want to make money off of.With that being said, I am still quite ignorant of many of the aspects of investing, so I fully intend to keep posting in here.
