I had a call with two VC firms who were trying to tokenize real estate and I asked them the question, how are they doing raising money in tokenizing real estate when the majority of real estate investors are typically older and more conservative. the response was as expected, extremely challenging as tokenization does not really fix any existing problems, and if people do not fully understand it, they will not invest in it.
