The issue is that these people started complaining about some every possible non-sense, I tried to accomodate and then decided to default in their payments to force a negotiation.

I dont use airbnb because it makes you up loand your drivers license and I dont know how to do that :( so they are missing all us old folks that are not computer savvy just for that one reason. at least they lose me I never even look at airbnb only vrbo.. and I only rent when there are no hotel accomodations and of course I dont travel with a family just me a fishing friend or my wife and I..

If they are asking for a "reasonable accomodation" under the ADA, then I believe they are required to pay for the change, and - if necessary - pay for its removal after they vacate.
