Anyone have experience whether it is less maintance long term to replace a gas wall heater with another one like Williams brand or just go with a mini-split?

Hey Henry, I'm located near South Jersey in a town called Berlin.

The Wealth Outside Wall Street crew seemed to fit that bill, but my gut was telling me I needed some more input.

Plenty of people love to see animals, but the thought that someone killed that animal to hang it on the wall is a turn off to many.  

I think there will be opportunities to expedite home building such as working on the exterior of a home etc (wall framing, brick/stone/painting etc). but there is still a lot of coordination that has to go on from different trades (within walls etc), that I believe can assist but it is not going to "transform" this process, in the future it will keep getting better but in my lifetime I do not see 3d printed homes and elons robots building homes just yet. 

The HOA is $297/month, appears well-managed with healthy reserves and they fix everything walls out and insurance runs roughly $600/year.The complex is right next to a large park, and Auburn itself seems like a really nice city with a charming Old Town area.
