In addition, there was a baby snake in a plastic cage. 

It is a small cost and in my experience you can even get some of the cheapest options out there, Home Depot plastic blinds to meet the standard and make the tenants happy. 

It also helps that I inform my guests that a starter supply of paper and plastic items are provided and ask them to replace any items they have used up. ( This may not be popular with others but I have never had a complaint and for the most part,  items used are replaced)

Thank you so much and appreciate your responses, when we kept the price high, few buyers said that it was high, and no grass at that point, so we filled with grass and taken care of clearing some bushes backyard, and kept reducing the price, now people are suspecious about pool, why we closed it, it was a plastic pool and was broken , dont want to put more, so we choose to close it, i dont know if i can do any with that now.yes I changed the agent to another one, its been  a month.
