I've had E4's that were amazed and confused by the kitchen food disposer; people that would not attempt to change a fluorescent tube; and lots of tenants that complained because they set the thermostat at 80 on a windy below zero day and refused to accept that the furnace was working perfectly (which it was) in their 60 year old rental unit.
