Sounds like you have a problem with RE agents and came here to bash them? 

I've seen them hooked up wrong with water leaking, dryer hoses not attached to the vent and just blowing lint into the house, abandoned dead appliances when they move out, bashed up walls and floors from them trying to move them in and out on their own, etc.

You could replace Indy with 20 other cities (I'm not trying to bash Indianapolis). 

Guru feeder presentations always start with the why and Always have a picture of the speaker his wife and 2 kids ALWAYS  Then its bash their employer and then the romance of becoming wealthy through what ever system they are teaching or selling..

Most of the syndication posts over the past two years are from upset LPs who lost a lot of money and replies from non-syndication investors bashing the strategy; so, welcome to the hornet's nest!

I am not here to bash anyone or convince anyone but the situation that these first-time investors have been left with is deplorable. 

James we do have to keep in mind  Ken is selling a service.. and a training. so there is inherent bias in his posts which is numerous on Sub to threads as we have seen.Well, this one reads to me like Ken is bashing Pace for selling a blue tonic, calling it snake oil, and saying everyone should buy his orange tonic...... and the ingredients label says snake oil.......

Bottom line they were not real estate operators and for sure were not developers he raised all this cash the attorney got HUGE fee's and well after all the bashing and legal wrangling..

Being respectful and decent is hard for some people, but they sure make great cowards bashing people from behind a keyboard.
