.: Is there a tutorial for the BP STR calculator.

Hey BPI put together a Multifamily Rental Calculator on Excel.

Quick heads up — I’ll also add an option to export/copy revenue estimates soon, along with a simple cost calculator (fees, cleaning, mortgage, utilities...) so one can see a more realistic net.

So in an order for me to use the investment calculator I need a pro.

If you get to the point where you start removing walls, your contractor or lumber yard can provide the sketch and structural calculations for permits.Paint and carpet = cheap and high ROIChanging footprint = very expensive, often negative ROII would avoid it like the plague.

From there, you can plug those into any STR calculator to get your net income.
