EV charging is quickly becoming a major value-add for multifamily and commercial properties, especially in a place like LA where both the demand and incentives are strong.You're in a smart niche, owners are definitely starting to view EV infrastructure not just as an amenity, but as a way to future-proof assets and attract higher-quality tenants.

Apartments.com is around $40, charged to the tenant.

You might not be looking at renting all these bedrooms at what you intend to charge but I don't know your area.

Once actual invoices come in, you typically can’t charge more than what you initially withheld without strong justification.

The plumber I use used to charge $60 an hour, now they charge $105 an hour plus a $40 "trip charge".
