Anyone Signed Up with S8 Academy - Section 8 Housing Program?

I signed up with Section 8 Acquisition in January, I have to say that although everything took longer than they said, overall its been a pretty positive experience. My wife and I are pretty happy with the first property we closed on, it was off-market, and we got a good deal. Placing a tenant took a while (4 weeks). I was alot more skeptical than my wife was about working with them, but i do have to say that their communication has been responsive and they have delivered on everything they said they would, so I have no complaints so far anyway. Will do another post after 12 months as we have only gotten 1 month of rent thus far.
