There are two stages/options of showing assistance software:1) Scheduling: for any landlord with 20+ doors or a PMC will find trying to coordinate scheduling showings with prospects is a HUGE time-suck.

You can actually get someone on the phone to clarify if a background check comes back bad but the prospect claims its not true - I have had 2 multi year tenants from this that I would have otherwise denied.
