Screening prospective international tenants

How do you screen tenants coming from outside the U.S.? I have a prospective tenant residing in the U.K. wanting to visit family in my area. We have MTR units and screen all tenants using TransUnion. Our prospective tenant is having difficulty with TransUnion being able to pull a credit report for us. She has been contacting them on her side, and I have been contacting our PMS on my side, and they have told us they are having zip code problems. Is it possible to screen international tenants? Does credit history transfer between countries? Thanks so much for any input!
